Humanities Academy
Enrichment Overview
This enrichment is open to all Humanities A Level students, to include those studying A level Geography, History, Religious Studies, Philosophy and Geology. It is an opportunity for students to examine topical issues at greater depth and to improve your study skills with members of the Humanities Team. There will also be the opportunity to attend lectures and workshops in-college and at local universities. Students are encouraged to complete an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). This is of great value to employers and universities alike.
It is a chance for you to develop your skills of reading and research in a supportive environment. You will also be able to develop excellent organisation skills and get a better understanding of how to manage and complete individual projects and reports. Students have full scope as to their area of interest to pursue for their EPQ.
Full year.

There are no costs to take part, however there may be a cost implication for travel to local universities.
