Financial Support

We offer a Bursary Fund and Free Meals to help eligible students with study-related costs. This support is aimed at students aged 19 or under on 31st August 2024, with a household income below £40,000 per year.

The bursary can help with expenses such as meals, a bus pass, and for some students, learning materials, IT equipment, trips, DBS checks and more.

To help you settle into college, eligible students may receive a bursary starter pack during their first week, which includes a bus pass, meal support, and essential stationery.

Through the Summit Base Camp initiative, we also provide additional support such as:

  • A warm, safe space
  • Breakfast (toast) from 8:30 am
  • A food pantry, hygiene and health care products
  • Free Wi-Fi, charging points, and mobile data SIM cards
  • Cultural experiences and help with trip costs

You can apply for the bursary after enrolling at the College via the Student Portal.
